Leading The Future

The Concept

The project focuses on environmental friendliness and energy efficiency (a "smart home"). The building's façade is clad in composite materials that accumulate solar energy. The central compositional element is a cantilevered floor overhanging the pool. This engineering solution created the illusion of weightlessness of the monolithic structure.
